Chris Lurz, owner of Got Plumbing, has been proudly serving the Parma area since 2020. Over the years, Chris and his team have built a reputation for getting things done right the first time. Every service is provided with a smile. The company has grown and expanded tremendously over the past few years in order to keep up with the ever-increasing demands for hot water tanks, gas lines as well as general plumbing needs. Chris and his partner were referred to us by Paul Davis to come to my house and re-install our water softener after we unfortunately experienced a flood that decimated our basement. Chris arrived not only on time, but actually earlier than the set time he was supposed to (a rare instance with most companies who just give you a range of hours they may show up between). Chris and his partner were extremely polite and thoughtful right from the start, asking if they need to remove their shoes, asking how it's going, making small talk, etc... Which isn't necessary, but obviously better than some companies you hire that are abrasive and just unpleasant to be around. Chris and his partner got right to work and were done in no time. They not only were quick, but ran the copper piping in a super aesthetically pleasing and very professional looking way. I couldn't recommend Chris, his partner, and Got Plumbing more.
